Resolving concerns

Zoom Car Loans  welcomes the opportunity to resolve any concerns you may have with any of our products or services. If you have a complaint or would like to request any additional information, you should contact us verbally or in writing. 

In the unlikely event that your complaint, or dispute, is not settled to mutual satisfaction, you can direct your issues for further review by the Credit and Investment Ombudsman Limited (CIO).
